As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Patient Portal and future portals.
The Product Owner for the Patient Portal will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital healthcare solutions. This individual will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into actionable product features, ensuring the Patient Portal remains user-friendly, secure, and aligned with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences to patients.

Companies in the Circle Health Group provide NHS care under Standard Acute contract and are currently registered and monitored by CCG through their contracts. Their activity is regulated and monitored by the Care Quality Commission; consequently, employees is expected to work in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Regulated Activities), the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2014 and other relevant and subsequent legislation.
In the course of your duties, you may have access to confidential material about patients, members of staff and any Company within the Circle Health Group. On no account must information relating to identifiable patients be divulged to anyone other than authorised persons, for example, medical, nursing, or other professional staff, as appropriate, who are concerned directly with the care, diagnosis and/or treatment of the patient. Similarly, no information of a personal or confidential nature concerning individual members of staff should be divulged to anyone without the proper authority. Failure to observe these rules will be regarded as serious misconduct, which could result in disciplinary action being taken including dismissal.
