Role:               Business Development Executive/Manager

Location:        Remote

Salary:            £40,000 to £50,000 + OTE

My client is a leading technology company specialising in Digital Transformation, dedicated to helping clients improve efficiency and productivity. They work with a diverse range of organisations, from SMEs to Enterprises, delivering innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be integral to their growth strategy and long-term success. You will have the opportunity to leverage your sales skills and ambition to drive revenue growth while contributing to the expansion of their client base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation and technology solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
